Health is wealth. There is nothing in our life that is more valuable than good health. Without health, there is no happiness, no peace, and no success. A person with bad health cannot enjoy the pleasure of being wealthy.
We must follow the laws of health from our very childhood.
  • Early rising is the first law of health, “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.
  • The first and essential condition of good health is regular exercise at stated times. It should be moderate and given up as soon as one feels a sense of tiredness. Excess is to be avoided and is bound to do harm.
  • Walking is the best form of exercise to remain healthy.
  • Intoxicating drink and drinking should be avoided for good health.
    Health is more valuable than money. Money cannot buy health and happiness. But a healthy person remains in a state of bliss and happiness. A healthy person sings the glory of life and works hard to realize his dreams. He never complains. He is always happy and cheerful. He may be poor, he may have to work very hard to earn his living, but even the richest man would envy him for his good health.

    Health is more valuable than wealth. Even a poor peasant with good health is happier than the rich person with poor health.
    A sound mind lives in a sound body. Health is essential for all our activities of life whatever we may be  a doctor, a leader, an artist, we must possess health by all means.

    Your health must be your first and foremost priority. Good health is the driving force which gets you going everywhere, keeps you energetic and fresh all the time. Healthy mind and body boost up your morale to work more efficiency and effectively.

    The paramount problem right now is drugs, smoking, and alcohol. These activities take a terrible toll on our bodies. A smoker has a perpetual cough that may lead to lung diseases or cancer. A drug-addicts body degenerates as his addiction grows. If he does not kick the habit, his fate is almost certainly to be a death.

    Thus, if we do all that, we should be able to keep ourselves fit. Nobody likes to be weak and ill, for life is much more pleasurable when we are healthy.

    Top Ways To Maintain Good Health:

    • Physical Exercise: Good health can be gained and preserved by plenty of exercise in the open air. They may take exercise in any gymnasium regularly. However, too much of exercise is bad and harmful. Physical exercise should be taken regularly and only for a short period.

    • Balanced Diet: Our diet should be balanced. We should take proper food. Ordinary, food that we take is enough for health, if we take it fresh and in proper quantity. Too much eating in extremely bad for health. The food that we eat is to be taken in regular hours. Another important thing about food is that we should not bolt our meals. Food taken hurriedly is not well digested.

    • Proper Rest and Sleep: Another thing about health is that we should rest and sleep in time. Early to bed and early to rise is the golden rule of health. A person, who labors too hard may ruins health soon.

    • Keep Anxieties Away: The essential thing for staying in good health is to free the mind from cares and anxieties as far as possible. A care-worn man cannot enjoy his rest or sleep soundly at night.
